      Pros

      The company has some of the most capable engineers in the software industry and is a technology innovator. The combination of these factors means that one can both work with some of the best talent in the world and grow while also contributing to some of the most exciting projects in the field.

      Cons

      In my experience and using reasonableness, there is nothing I could honestly mention regarding the work experience and career opportunities here.

      Pros

I’ve been trusted with meaningful ownership and the chance to lead strategic work where my impact is clear. Strong performance is rewarded with increased scope and responsibility, and leadership is clear on the what and why, while trusting you to own the how. The pace is fast, but that’s part of what has driven my growth. Moving quickly creates broad exposure across the business and opportunities to solve real problems, often using our own products in an AI-first environment. You’re encouraged to think creatively, be resourceful, and step outside your comfort zone in ways that genuinely accelerate development. The culture is a standout and something that has mattered to me throughout my time here. There’s real investment in mentorship and development, and flexibility is respected in practice, not just in principle. As a working parent, being able to operate at a high level while still maintaining balance has been critical and consistently supported.

At times it can feel a bit “startup-like,” but that’s also what keeps the work engaging even after a few years, there’s real opportunity to challenge the status quo and build things differently.
