Pros

nice views from the office windows. Benefits perhaps.

Cons

This place is run by inexperienced fresh outta college "professionals." The "research staff" is no more than a call center. There's little interaction w/ upper management other than company meetings where no one dare say what is on their minds. It's a soul crushing experience all in all.

Tough to find that work/work balance

Pros

Huge growth potential and good pay. If you want to take your career to the next level, this is the place to do it.

Cons

Not well-suited to employees with outside hobbies, friends, or commitments. Your spouse will miss you. Like a downtown studio, not realistic long-term for people with children or pets. Not a lot of people who look like me in senior positions. Salaries are great -- unless you calculate them on a per-hour basis.

Unstable, high turnover, culturally challenging

Pros

There aren't any pros that come to mind. There were a few good people there who gave it their best to turn things around, but have since moved on to other opportunities.

Cons

Founder/CEO is a former Major in the Israeli army and managed the business as such. There was a mass change of guard with turnover across levels every 6-12 months. Paranoia and fear for jobs prevented any team spirit. Women were generally treated sub-par, and written off after becoming pregnant. Local executive team could not get on the same page themselves, let alone with the remote CEO.

Thank you for your review. You must have left ZoomInfo a few years ago based on your feedback. We're proud to say that these aren't current issues and the turnover rate has significantly decreased over the past few years. Although our CEO is former military, we don't believe this negatively impacts his leadership. Over the past year, we've been proud to welcome eight new babies into the ZoomInfo family and have a women's lounge for new mothers.
