Cons
As the company has grown from a startup to a publicly-traded company, there have been some expected growing pains that come with it like: ie. processes that need updating or creation in the first place, shifting our internal culture to allow for increased inclusion and scalability, etc. Sometimes things are bumpy or slow to change, but the leadership team seems committed to making the company better every day.
