We’re pleased to hear that you felt our compensation was good and regret that you feel you were micromanaged and experienced little work/life balance. We understand that the pace at ZoomInfo is fast, and it can seem like your work needs constant attention. The reality is, our work here never truly stops, and no matter what, it will always still be there waiting for us when we step away. With this in mind, we have to take deliberate action to schedule our time off for ourselves to rest and recharge. We empower our team members to schedule in time for themselves through our unlimited PTO program and are currently considering different initiatives to empower our team further to take time off. -Brian Vital, VP of Sales

Great place to work. Fantastic culture. Lots of excellent opportunities that can suit each individuals' aspirations. People with helpful nature, who are smart and collaborative. Awesome benefits. Flexible time off for full-time employees. A company that truly cares about the well-being of its employees and constantly shows how much they are appreciated. (From day 1, I felt incredibly supported and truly appreciated by both my direct manager and the stakeholders that I support.) Without any doubt in my mind, I would highly recommend ZoomInfo to anyone.

Cons

Not necessarily a "con", but the environment is definitely extremely fast-paced, so it may not be for everyone. Besides that, there is nothing bad that I can think of.
