Great people and awesome atmosphere. I've never been with a company that will invest in so many tools to help you hit your goals. Internal training is second to none. It really helps get people ramped up and successful right away.

Cons

Along with the many new tools that are brought on regularly, there is a big learning curve and constant updates to workflows. If you aren't one that can handle changes quickly and often, this isn't the place for you.
