      Fast Paced, startup culture which is good on your resume.

      Cons

      A lot of running to both sides of the ship (and back) and strategy changes every day. Senior leadership (Directors and VP) are mostly there because they knew the previous CTO

      Good pay and benefits You can have a lot of say and influence if the moment is right

      Cons

      people live in constant fear of being let go. CEO and CHRO do not care about the people, only cost. Constant layoffs that they hide from the media and somehow it works

With the recent staff reduction we filed an 8-k publicly and communicated 1:1 with impacted employees live and provided the entire company a communication update this past Friday. We also supported affected employees with severance pay, Equity award vesting and Health care and education fund. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.

      The India leaders and their Puppets, Midlevel Politics. They Hire People who are incompetent in their Previous Jobs as Senior Level ICs, Managers, Sr.Managers, example: one of the III B.O lady. Such a OverShow person, She is like one of our Neighbour Aunty Peeping into all her Neighbourhood, she doesn't have anything do with other depts, but she will, just to showoff that She is the only one working in this company and others are just simply Sleeping or wipping the benches off. Such an irritating Drama Queen. and the main reason why people like her survives is one "Bigshow", Another Useless fellow in this Org, making all useless decisions. Guys , if any one is trusting her, pls don't. she is a Chameleon. She will be acting like a Trustworthy person and gather everything from you and Simply Dictate to others. only good thing out the ORG is, 1 out of 4 India leaders is good. That 1 good one you can Trust, he is the only hope for the ORG.
