Working at ZoomInfo has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Every day brings new challenges that help me grow both technically and professionally. The leadership team is approachable, transparent, and always open to new ideas, which makes a huge difference in feeling heard and valued. Management genuinely encourages continuous learning through training and certifications, helping me strengthen my technical expertise and stay current with evolving technologies. Overall, ZoomInfo is a right choice for anyone who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools, and being part of a positive, collaborative, and forward-thinking IT culture.

Pros

- Energizing pace of innovation—AI tooling and data products evolve weekly, giving us new ways to get things done • Transparent, data-driven decision making—Goals and business performance are shared openly, and leadership messages are cascaded well - making it easy to align HR programs with business goals. • Leadership genuinely supports professional growth; I’ve been able to stretch into new projects and learn cutting-edge tech I never imagined! • Strong culture of ownership: even as a Director I feel empowered to pilot ideas, gather feedback, and scale quickly.

Cons

• I'm remote, and wish I had more in-person face time with my team; • The rapid release cadence means priorities can shift fast—which I love and is very exciting, but this requires flexibility and solid change-management skills.

Pros

Tech stack for sellers is cream of the crop. There are incredible leaders here who are all dedicated to developing their reps! You learn so much about GTM strategies and today's tech landscape working here. Zoominfo is also ahead of other companies in terms of AI usage and adoption so that makes it feel like I am developing the right skills for the future.

Cons

The company can be reactive at times. It's common for priorities to get axed and change mid-way through an initiative. Goal setting at the company is scattered and doesn't work well. Zoominfo sets goals each half but this doesn't really get set in stone until 2 months into the half which leads shifting of priorities and constant goal changing.
