Pros

Incredible product that is a ton of fun to sell. The right person has the ability to make a lot of money. You can learn a ton and sell an innovative product at a high level in a tough selling environment.

Cons

This place used to be somewhere anyone would want to work. The culture was unmatched. Unfortunately it has become unbearable to work there for most. Many sellers including myself really wish we could stay, but it’s no longer an option. Certain middle level managers are downright intolerable and emboldened to be. CxOs are tone deaf and continue to make shocking decisions. Makes you question if they want sellers to attrit.

We care tremendously about your feedback and there are several things we've done to help such as exiting several AEs (and SDRs) for playing in the grey/"cheating" right when we uncover it, exiting leadership that didn't align with our values or culture, implementing ideas from our front line to improve morale and demo equity (updated lead scoring) and rolling out coaching for leadership on what’s important, how to coach and give feedback and be consistent. And in the new year we are working with the teams to have far smarter/better quota targets, and continued improved demo routing. Everybody is so helpful. The management team is very strong and allows you to do your job without excessive micromanagement. It is competitive with a fun culture that rewards hard work.
