Pros

Working with great people in an inclusive environment and a fun culture. The company emphasizes collaboration, which is great for team-oriented work projects. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas and speak up about what’s important to them. Management is supportive and always willing to listen to feedback. Great healthcare. Overall, it's a great place to work!

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent reorgs can make it difficult to be recognized. Salary has not reached where I had envisioned at the start of my career.

I guess if you’re ok working for a company that sells your private information to people then I guess maybe you’d like it. No one in the company matters except for the sales team and C-level positions.

Company lies to prospective employees about office policy

The compensation is decent and there is a quick path to mobility.

Cons

Myself and many others were told by the recruiters that this is a remote first company, and that barely anyone goes to the office. When I started on day 1, I was told I was required to be in the office at least 3x a week. I have a sick family member that I take care of, so I requested to work remotely. When I went to upper leadership about this, they took ZERO accountability and told me I can either quit or deal with it. I would have never joined if I knew they required employees in office 3x a week, and now my family has to suffer because of shady recruiters and unaccountable leadership. ZoomInfo cares about their number, and customers but NOT their employees.
