I've been working with DiscoverOrg for many years, and in this time, I've growth both personally, and professionally. In my growth, I've seen the direct impact of this growth in DiscoverOrg- Talk about a feeling of ownership and accomplishment.

Cons

As with all growing companies, my role has changed in many areas. I wouldn't say this is a con, per say, but you have to be agile enough to adopt the change to be successful in this company.

DiscoverOrg is still relatively small, so all employees enjoy direct interaction and mentoring from directors and execs. The office is located in downtown Vancouver, Washington, which over the last decade has become an increasingly attractive location for young professionals.

Cons

The commitment to excellence is pervasive, and depending on the department you are in, you will be faced with daily challenges. Luckily, these struggles present wonderful opportunities for self-improvement.
