As you would have seen, as a growing organization in India, many teams and team members are very new to ZI India. We are collaborating with our global counterparts and senior leaders to ensure we are aligned to the global processes and practices fast. Some of the changes you have noticed are part of the growing pain, and every day we are learning how to make our processes better. Global leaders are fully committed to growing, mentoring and giving ownership to the ZI India team and you would have noticed many of these instances they are spending their time and giving other necessary training.
