I have very positive experience at Zoominfo interview process. interviewers are super friendly and inspiring. Interview questions are not very difficult but they focus on problem solving and past experience. Hiring team is also very effective, I am here to call out for the outstanding recruiter, Sahib Kapoor. He guided me through the entire interview process, provided interview tips and feedbacks for each step. He followed up quickly after each interview step and came up with an offer in a week after final interview. He is located the same office as me and gave me lots of help for onboarding, parking and RTO information. Zoominfo has great business model and profitable, unlike the whole bunch of other companies, this is a bonus especially in the current high interest financial environment. Onboarding process is smooth, people like to help each other, tech stack is mostly up to date. Love working here.
