Pros

I would say it's not the worst when it comes to consistency half over half with renewals for the most part,

Cons

- Abysmal commissions - Upward mobility has completely dried up unless you're a favorite - The type of sales company that will stretch to find any other means to get you to go the extra mile outside of relatively decent additional earning spiffs. - No additional monthly/ quarterly, yearly, etc, bonuses for going above and beyond if you do. You make base and commission and for the most part, that's it for the majority of the entire year.

Pros

1. Teams are incredibly motivated (EVERY SINGLE PERSON) 2. Some of the smartest people I've worked with in my career (clearly word class problem solvers) 3. You can bring your idea to life. No bureaucracy no BS. Good idea? You will be supported in making it happen. 4. Customers wants us to win in the market naturally. They see how hard people work and personally want our products to win (never seen this type of relationship outside). True partners instead of a paying stakeholder. 5. Flexible with WFH requests. As much as there are requirements to come into the office, if you can't, no one will object. As long as you deliver value to the business and customers.

Cons

If you are not someone with Founders mindset, this place might burn you down. Highly competitive market, highly motivating culture, you can't stop/slow even if you tried.
