Leadership is the worst I’ve ever experience in my career. They are fools who have no idea what they’re doing.

Petty micromanagement. They laid off many employees after the pandemic, kept their favorites. Had a bunch of BEER in the fridge at the office, knowing we're doing a driving job. Just terrible terrible management. Learned more from coworkers hired 2 weeks before me than management. It's obvious management didn't know what they were doing. Had 30 minute meetings after work at least once a week, it was unpaid and they just made us sit around and clap for their achievements.
