      Pros

      Mission minded team; company does its best to update people on all aspects of the vehicle. Co-workers are helpful. They do not water down their problems and they really want their work to be safe and high-quality.

      Cons

      Some of the work is a little disorganized, but then this provides a lot of growth opportunities for workers who want to improve the system.

      Pros

      The people and the technology you get to work on are amazing and I was able to learn so much in my long tenure there.

      Cons

      The culture has changed a lot since work from home started, though they have now returned to the office. There is no real HR team, onboarding, offboarding, and promotions can be a bit of a mess. If you get in under-leveled it can be hard to fix that.
