      Pros

      This is such a great place to work. I have been with the company for almost a year now and have nothing but good things to say about them so far. Fair compensation, decent benefits, good management, great employee engagement activities, and remote work. They also are huge on giving back to the community and volunteering which makes me proud to work for this company.

      Cons

      PTO warning could be better. Not sure how much it goes up once you have tenure, but as a fairly new employee I only earn about 4 hours of PTO per check. That’s only 1 day of PTO earned each month so you have to be very sparing about how you use your time off. Also managers in different departments are allowed to make up their own policies regarding attendance instead of company-wide policies which I find extremely odd and sometimes frustrating.
