      Pros

      There isn't much here. Company knows how to market to unsuspecting doctors and uses the fear factor to its advantage.

      Cons

      Sadly there are many negatives here. It didn't used to be this way. Greed changes people? The Titanic was the luxury cruise liner that promised to change the world. From law suites over fraud allegations and investigations to mass lay offs to finance the luxury toys of the CEO, T.Scott Law and pay the over-leveraged company debt. Ironic that the Titanic also starts wit a T.

      Excellent operational team leaders and managers

      Cons

      Executive-level leaders are entirely disconnected from the rest of the company and continually make decisions with severe, negative downstream impacts on all operational teams. High-level strategic decisions always aim for quick wins and never account for long-term implications. Promotions and compensation are primarily facilitated by who you know, not your work. Overall, the company repeatedly makes the same major mistakes/decisions; they fail to acknowledge or allocate resources to broken processes or workflows, and operational teams have become overworked and burned out due to constant layoffs.
