I had a interview with this company. Management is condescending on every question. It screamed non-stop fast-paced work environment with constantly changing management priorities. I wasn't given a pay range or hours. They had a lot of experience, but I felt like I was talking to a child. They unconstructively criticized my resume, told me I didn't have any experience. When I asked them about career growth, they condescendingly told me "Since you don't have any experience, it will take a year, or longer for you to be maybe be promoted". I have around a year of related work experience on my resume. Before I had this interview, I had an interview with a startup which was very nice and not condescending at all.
