Fairly decent company to work for (MMP) before bought out by Zotec.

Cons

A lot of people were laid off after Zotec purchased MMP. Offices shut down. Management restructured. Not uncommon but seemed callous with the timing and how it was brought about. Be cautious who you deal with in the current company. One of the sales people is a sociopath.

The benefits were the best Flexible hours Pay was decent .25 cent pops Overtime whenever they felt like giving it out

Cons

You work in close quarters with others. They will find any reason to terminate you (I walked out), my supervisor never trained me and would randomly ask me if I knew how to do certain requirements, the CEO is in the business of conning healthcare companies out of their money, the billing system used is a joke, the director is a joke, the company is a joke

None, I don't know where these people worked. But it was not at Zotec. Management choose the elite few. If your not one of them they taunt you till you break.

Cons

Everything from the management, work environment to the benefits. If you think a 1500 dedicated before they pay anything is good, that is sad. Because on the 16.00 a hr it sucks.
