      Good benefits and good hours

      When I started working for this company I would have given it a 4 star review but now after being with the company for sometime you really get to see what it is. The amount of nepotism in the company is absolutely far greater then I have ever seen. The wages are not competitive. Favorites are selected and gushed over while nothing positive for other employees. Upper management does not care about employee concerns or legitimate complaints and while a discussion may be had nothing truly comes of it. Advancement in the company is not as obtainable as they make it out to be. As of late political agendas are now being pushed for in company meetings. Basically if you are looking for a company that does as they expect of you, offers competitive wages, gives opportunities of advancement, helpful management you should look else where.

      Pros

      I was with Zotec for 3 yrs. Great benefits and pay was good. Christmas parties were awesome.

      Cons

      Had to ask permission to go to the bathroom, lack of compassion from management. No room for growth, backstabbing and favoritism. When new hires would start, they were told oh i forgot they are part of the team. Management makes you feel very small, they would talk down to you like your 5. HR not very approachable neither is upper management in Billing. If you are not in the click then your a nobody. Not a brown noser and dont kiss butt. I worked my butt off and was very dedicated . No appreciation no recognition and room for advancement.

      Maybe a temporary job for someone with no experience - prior to finding a better job.

      Cons

      Zotec bought out the company I worked for. Many people were laid off as a result. It is not uncommon for a company to do that. However, when you tell people their positions are "secure" and you don't need to look for another job, then lay them off, that is unethical in my opinion.
