Worst employment experience of my career!
Pros
Absolutely nothing good about this place unless you like alcohol for special occasions. No expense is spared for alcohol.
Cons
Management, hours, environment, . It is run like I would imagine the old time work houses were run before employment laws were established. Every detail of your day is micromanaged right down to your bathroom breaks. I worked for this company for 12 years and was treated like a new employee every day! Management was rude and dismissive. You were clearly made to feel you could not go to anyone with an issue and forget it if you had a personal issue! Better not need time off! Beware! Management is rude and does not care about its employees at all personally. I still have nightmares I have to get up and go to work there and wake up in a cold sweat! I now work for a company that truly puts you first and it is like night and day between these 2 companies!!
