Pros

I enjoy working at Zotec because it is a unique company with a cool business model. It is large with a lot of employees, but still has the family-owned feel to it. Zotec is always trying to figure out ways to be better both for the business and for the employees. The incentives are nice and the pay is above average. I would recommend working for this company.

Cons

Some people are resistant to the good changes being made.

Pros

Zotec is very generous company and takes good care of it's employees. Management is very knowledgeable, flexible and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Cons

Must be able to multitask and have drive to succeed here. Zotec employees are all very hard working and driven. If you are not, you will not succeed here.

Circus of Delusions

Pros

They have great benefits if you last, but never get comfortable because they fire people left and right. Oh and pop is only .25 in the vending machine; that's pretty cool I guess. The 'floor staff' are quite awesome in personalities, abilities, performance, and knowledge; anyone with a 'leader' role--not so much. They look for flesh to stick knives in. What appears to be a reward is often a sugar coated task being dumped by management down to lower staff, that way management can make it to the in-office Yoga sessions on time (or to their catered lunches, or perhaps they have a workout trainer scheduled in the company gym they are late for).

Cons

Where to start? I didn't even want to rate with a 1-star but at least one star requires. This place deserves -4 stars. No training. Management, supervisors, and 'leads' can't answer questions because they either don't know or are never at their desks anyways. Mostly self training. HR doesn't get involved until they walk people out the door. Everyone is a scapegoat for failed tasks delegated off upper's plates. Most managers have zero previous experience or knowledge in their assigned department. Turnover is terrible. Clients are furious with poor performance (which is mostly due to turnover and lack of thorough training). No consistency with your daily tasks. Corrective Actions (write ups) for asking too many questions to learn the job (dead serious). Lets go of experienced managers and replaces them with people with zero experience in this field (it's ok, they're family). The place is emptying out and vacant because staff keeps leaving because of the tense, hollow atmosphere and poor treatment.
