The training was terrible. It was like their program was "need to know". Asking questions seemed to fall on deaf ears. They were not employee friendly at all.

If you let your self get sucked into the "dream team" you become a favorite but become overworked and under appreciated- 20% of the office do 80 % of the work.There is complete nepotism its not even funny. If you are a favorite you not only get away with unlimited breaks, but get the special treatment while every one else gets treated as if they were dirt.
