      Pros

      Previously MMP: Flexible hours for the most part, decent benefits: health, dental, vision and life. Workflow and peers was good until...

      Cons

      MMP was bought out by Zotec. Downhill from there. Head man came to our office, we were told our jobs were safe (after many other layoffs, hoped that was true). Not sure there are many MMP people left, I'm sure there are a lot of people taking up the slack.... being overworked.

      Option for telecommuting if that's your thing.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management. Post MMP-acquisition layoffs and office closings left remaining employees with work overload requiring long hours and very little personal life, employees have low morale and fear losing job if strict productivity levels aren't met.
