Good benefits, medical, dental, eyes and ears. Flexible with hours, depending on the department you worked in. Paid vacation time, sick and holidays.
Cons
Very high expectations with little or no training. Middle management was not informative about procedure changes, not sure if they did not know or were not informed themselves.
