Pros

Great Benefits, flexible hours, great pay. Very respectable to employees. The managers were willing to work with you on just about anything. Nothing bad to say.

Cons

Outsourced alot of work and laid employees off. Not interested in ideas of others other than management. The company was more structured before it got bought out by Zotec. Medical Management professionals.

They don't mind spending money on lavish events and sales & marketing ...

Cons

...but when it comes to taking care of their employees they are about as cheap as one would expect of a company focused like a laser-beam on the bottom line.

Pros

Co-workers were amazing! Everyone was always willing to help out whenever anyone needed it.

Cons

The training was terrible. It was like their program was "need to know". Asking questions seemed to fall on deaf ears. They were not employee friendly at all.
