Pros

Absolutely NO PROS ABOUT THIS JOB. SERIOUSLY!

Cons

Only 4 hrs per check of PTO & that’s it! Don’t even think about trying to provide Dr excuse or anything of that nature! THEY WONT ACCEPT IT! Supervisors are SUPER fake! Help and respond to WHO THEY WANT. No room for promotion. Seven seconds between each call & EVERY call is someone cussing you out about being billed improperly! Please don’t waste your time. Yes, pay is good but not worth your mental health!

Pros

Owner seems to care and does seem fairly honest Paychecks arrive on time There is kind of support for your role

Cons

Call Bank Nothing more or less (Pro if that's what you like) Asks for notification regarding potential problematic issues and then tends to respond to issues with dismissive attitudes Realistic meeting of metrics requires you to basically push customers through with little to no actual assistance Bind your hands tightly on your actual abilities Support is via a Microsoft Teams chat, often you go unanswered, or your answer comes through several hours later (unable to make outbound calls to advise patients at that time, and in the circumstance that your having to explain and train your superiors on a subject at the same time ends up with contempt towards you)

It's the same for all positions...

Pros

*Tons of overtime *Good benefits (not the best but not the worst. *Paid holidays *Not really a dress code, you can even wear shorts to work *Tons of parking *Onsite security

Cons

*No work at home opportunities at the Carmel location although offices in all other states offer work from home positions. *No "formal" training. You get a quick run through of a system that controls 80% of your work load then pretty much let loose to figure it out. No partial application training AT ALL. *Their "flex time" is not flex time. You're asked to pick your schedule and that's what you work with no deviations. *Can you say MICRO MANAGE? *Huge turnover rate/grossly under-staffed *Many of the managers and executives believe that the old way is the best way. *Implementing new processes is like getting a root canal, with no anesthesia, and a brand new dentist *Did I mention MICRO MANAGING? *Priority falls to whomever is screaming the loudest at that particular moment. It is "slightly organized but mostly disorganized chaos." *It's just plain hectic. Very stressful most days. *Very close quarters. Absolutely zero privacy. *No cafeteria/lunchroom. And the vending machines have a very limited selection. Just junk food.
