Decent starting pay, very small monthly bonuses after you are there 90 days

Cons

Management has no real experience. Managing attorney is awful, has forced 9 paralegals to quit within the last year alone, micromanages people making for a very uncomfortable work enviroment. Has explosive reactions and will lose his temper in the office, very unprofessional. Although the starting pay is decent, almost no raise at year review. Management has favorites and targets certain people, very unprofessional.

Pros

They pay you weekly. thats about it. And its a safe work environment.

Cons

stressful work, managers talk down to you, you will always worry about loosing your job, they make bonuses harder to achieve every quarter, ergo you do not get one unless youve been there a while, talking not allowing in your very boring work environment.

Micro managing and no sense of compassion, if it's a bad snow storm, don't ask to leave early. Low pay, hard to get a raise
