Not Great, Not Terrible

Pros

Starting pay not too bad. Not a bad place to get some tangible experience working in a legal environment. Plenty of nice co-workers to work alongside, and the Associate Attorneys were all very nice and accommodating.

Cons

Too strict on tiny little policy infractions like being 5 minutes late coming back from lunch. Not a fan of the office layout, its just a big cubicle farm. There is literally zero opportunity for advancement.

The hours were ok and overtime was allowed from time to time.

Cons

Very dull environment and lacking any motivational incentives.

They do try to adhere to all the proper rules, but their employees let them down.
