Amazing, friendly coworkers who are always willing to help. Everyone is very approachable, including upper management (managers, owner, etc.). There is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn. There is no expectation to know everything, but only to be willing to learn.

Cons

Some growing pains, though it often leads to more opportunities.
