      No1 company in Social gaming which has a huge potential Great package(salary, bonus, stock) Cool cutting edge tech Great benefits (delicious food, party, massage) Zynga is definitely one of the most successful in following 10 years It is the right place for the person who works hard and productive.

      Cons

      long hours of work, but it's the same for every start-up company Many Micromanagement Zynga is very ambitious, that's very correct, but it should have a clearer objective and strategy Have a clear company culture, this is very important for the company in future

      Lots of opportunity if you want it Cool cutting edge tech Meritocracy Great benefits (health care, gym, perks, food, parties) Celebratory Rocket ship Successful Great people Take really good care of employees Lots of promotions if you work hard and show results

      It's still a start-up, so work hours can be long It's not google or microsoft where it's all figured out Some of the same people get rewarded a lot

      Pros

      - Great environment (game oriented culture) - dogs at work - great benefits (health, gym, etc..) - Fast pace, lots of growth - Quarterly awards for initiative, results, etc..

      Cons

      - still startup culture, can feel chaotic at times - current games are pretty repetitive - tech stack is pretty vanilla (php 5.2!)
