Pros

Extensive Perks (lunch, dinner, sometimes breakfast), massage, etc Frequent quarterly bonuses Great people You get to be with a winning company If you are only interested in the bottom line, whatever the cost, this is the place for you.

Cons

Long hours even when there is no real deadline. Insane micro management all the way from CEO down If you're single with a dog, you'll be happy, if you have a family you'll be miserable. Promotions are based more on how many hours you're willing to work rather than skill or experience. If you want to be creative go elsewhere.

Pros

Zynga is a fun place to work for the right personality. It's not for people who like to be "warm and fuzzy" all the time. But if you have the right attitude and outlook, you will find it fun here. - Great benefits (some of the best packages I've seen, compared to many other companies I've worked for) - perks (food, haircuts, massages, nutritionist, acupuncture, etc...) - Fast paced environment lets you learn fast - Exciting and fun jobs and great responsibilities - Good bonus structure (as far as I can tell) and promotion potential - Mostly fun people

Cons

- Long work hours (12-14/day) - Still disorganized, but it's still considered a startup - micromanaging from the higher levels - Even though staffing is crucial, lots of issues with the recruiting department and HR - Sometimes work is a grind - Too short term focused, but gradually getting more strategic
