Pros

Great company culture. Great perks. Salary has improved. Great work/life balance. Most of the staff and employees are helpful and easy to work with. 401k benefits are average. It looks like the company is now transitioning to offer better career growth opportunities for their staff compared to a few years ago.

Cons

Bonus percentage is ok. Maternity and Paternity benefits could be better. 401k benefits/match could be better.

Pros

- Flexible hours and shifts - Decent benefits - Competitive pay - Fast work environment

Cons

- Guests can be pretty aggressive and will escalate situations in some cases - Can get pretty stressing based on the amount of people arriving - You will have to deal with impatient guests, immature guests and a lot of crowds. And there will be a lot of repetitive situations that require adaptability.
