Good Company, more formal in its structure.

Pros

Overrall, they are a good company and offer good benefits, and offer upward mobility for those that stay long term.

Cons

Given the nature of the industry they are in, when the economy isn't doing so well people stop spending on parks and recreation which can lead to volatility. They prefer hybrid/in-office.

Best company I've ever worked at Strong culture of friendship and caring Fantastic health insurance Great work life balance Reasonable pay Regular bonuses

Cons

Many challenges with aging legacy systems. The years to come will prove if current efforts will effectively replace these and catapult the company to the front of the pack or fizzle out and leave accesso wringing out existing business relationships for another try. My money is on success, I think we'll win this time

Good levels of insulation from client whims in engineering, priorization is maintained for long enough to reach goals

Somewhat behind on tech, while updates have been happening for a while there's still a ways to go
