Great culture and work environment. I have made some of my best friends here in just over a year. The business is growing so quickly that space is getting tight, but I don't see that as a negative. It just means more help for me. Team lead positions and above have fairly autonomous responsibilities; engineers also have the opportunity to speak up when we have an opinion or idea we'd like to discuss. Everything moves quickly (we are Agile), so if you can't keep up you will lag behind on your work.

Exciting company with a great company culture. Management cares about their employees and understand that a comfortable environment creates quality of work. I constantly feel that I am part of a great team and a great company, where my work is valued and appreciated.
