Pros

At face value, alliantgroup is a mirage of hope. Not only does the Company offer free perks like lunches and dinners, extreme raves, and great pay - it is located in one of the nicest facilities I have seen. You're greeted with excited team members who "are dedicated to your success" and those who "cannot wait to see you grow". However, fast-forward to your second week and the bullying begins. The condescending attitudes and ignorance for not spending the 23 hours out of your 24-hour long day goofing around at the office. Heaven-forbid, you are efficient with your time and work that you would like to have a day or two in the week to dedicate to your family or significant other. And, when you take the chance to let your efficiency show through, the bullying exponentially increases, you're ignored, insulted and ultimately belittled on a regular basis. Now, beware - do not go running to HR because your situation will only get worse and result in you being fired for speaking your truth. In fact, your management team will gain pleasure out of watching you breakdown - begging and asking for help to resolve and ultimately relieve the unnecessary anger and hatred towards you. Till finally, one day, you gain the courage to say - "enough is enough" and walk away. Needless to say, my dream job was manipulated into a nightmare when I dedicated more life to it than anything. Yet, you ask for Pros about working for this organization? I am sorry to say, but, there are no pros that would outweigh the trauma I endured that would ever make me support alliantgroup or recommend anyone working here.

Cons

Everything. Do not believe a single word they say. Save yourself from drinking their poisoned Kool-Aid.

Pros

free lunch, free dinner during busy periods, aggressive bonus structure

Cons

Long Hours, expect to work at least 50 standard and up to 70 during busy season. When they say be "transparent" they are checking to see if you drank the Kool-Aid not asking for your opinion. The key to success is to parrot the ideas from upper management and to give into the bro culture.

Pros

pretty building, covered parking, and what seems to be a high salary and good benefits, provided lunches

Cons

terrible work hours, if you do the math you are paid like shi* for all the hours that are worked. all meetings are done outside of work hours and you can have up to 2-5 meetings a week depending on which group you are in. you think you have a gym access but there is absolutely no way to access the gym during any hours of 8-6. they provide lunch every day which sounds great, but its awful- you eat at your desk and you are frowned upon if you try to leave. and your neighbors food stinks the rest of the day.
