Pay is decent, if you can handle the continual push to make sure the Manager makes his bonus

Cons

No Training, Co-Workers are not friendly, constant pressure, just no thank you!! I have never worked in such a hostile environment. The turnover is outrageous! Cannot hold on to any good people because of management!

The pay is decent and they discuss the great diversity but this diversity does not apply in management positions.

Cons

I was advised I would be receiving a pay raise after 30 days when I signed on but that raise never came. IF you do decide to work here I suggest you request everything in writing. The management team tends to change their mind constantly and forgets they changed their mind and processes. The recovery department has a huge turnover rate due to management. The management tends to speak down to their employees and unfortunately it is acceptable.
