Pros

They have an on-site gym and nail salon Everything you purchase is payroll deducted, and the cafeteria is very nice

Cons

The training is literally non existent. For the first week I basically did nothing but sit around and “listen” to calls, if you can call it that because I wasn’t y-jacking. I was sitting next to the agent so i couldn’t hear anything the customer was saying. Their training portal was down and my supervisor was on a cruise when I started, so the first week was pointless. The second week they got their training portal working, had me watch it in two days and just threw me on the phones. I have a sales background and I am good at sales but I didn’t even have a clear idea of what I was selling.

Pros

Work from home environment for inbound departments

Cons

Very high standards with ever changing commission structures that make it harder and harder to get paid more than hourly. When I started with the company I really enjoyed them but then they kept pushing things further and further wanting more and more without giving resource and time to get things done.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We do have high standards for our agents, but feel we compensate fairly for those that meet and exceed their goals. However, we are sorry to hear that you did not receive the resources and support needed to be successful.
