New Hire Beware - They Sell a Pretty Package

Pros

I could pretty much do whatever I wanted because my manager was never around. If I were so inclined, I could have spent my day shopping online and no one would have cared. I was paid well for being completely disengaged.

Cons

My manager told me that he didn’t know what I did not was he interested in learning what I did. Just make him look good and he’ll totally have my back. What a joke. Terrible management. I feel sorry for those who have made this their career. It’s a very clique-ish environment. If you’re not in the club, your opinion has no value.

Pros

Co workers are great and so is the flexibility.

Cons

They just laid off 400+ people with no warning and they don't care about any of them. HR, you can save your generic response on this one. I.C.E. did nothing for these people and I do not want to discuss further. Terrible mismanaged company and all your "awards" are as fake as most of the positive reviews on here. I know because you "ask" us to write them.

This realignment is vital to providing the funding and resources needed for these new areas of growth. In addition, we have many open positions in various other departments in the company that we would love to transition some of our affected team members to if it's the right fit.
