Travel benefits, great office space and location, lots of free food and drinks

Cons

Employees are overworked and underpaid. Owner is unprofessional woman who yells, screams and demeans people in front of staff. Even with positive and exceptional work performance reviews employees wont get promoted or raises even after they are agreed to. Shady and unethical. Due to poor business practices they lost half their business and had to let go 50% of the staff.

Wonderful Members who would just like to Book an incredible vacation and know their needs are being met with the best possible pricing and itinerary's available.

Cons

Base Pay $10.00 plus commission, however in 2 1/2 years no base pay increase, yet several commission metrics changes always resulting in less commission per sale. I have never experienced a Company that values their employees less than I.C.E., Inc. Company treats both employees and customers as if they were replaceable, no value to building a honest relationship sale insuring a happy repeat customer.

Only 32.5 hours a week.

Cons

They are basically scamming people all day long. They tell you "not to lie" but the real truth is that you have to lie to get a sale and they don't back up their product. Worst place I have ever worked!
