Pros

You are let to believe from so call managers t,hat you are going to make money , managers gossip to other employees about other employees, and if you are not friends with you will never make money , they lie about shows not showing up , and you have no way how to verify, so when the sales team dint see a potential sale they disqualify that show for whatever there reasons , sad but thru , concept work against hard working employees , cooperate needs to come down on them all in the NYC/NJ region

Pros

Cafe on sight, prices are high. This is a good place to work as your first job or if you are supplementing social security or as a place to work while you are looking for something better. ,

Cons

Only 6 people per group are given the top incoming leads , these - they make 70 - 100 K plus a year. I was told the majority make 50 - 75 a year, most make under the national poverty level. Management rote cuts their jobs by micro management, write-ups and feeding the top they have massive turn over usually with people quitting. If you don't quit, they transfer you to deartment after deartme, where you fail all over again. Mgmt is interested in their job security and the numbers, they will not make their system fair to everyone because they have proven that feeding the top hits the numbers, and who cares about the rest, this is a job where you are not allowed to have cell phones out because of confidential customer info but you will see managers on their phones and also those that make money a big violation. If you are a good liar and get sales you will do well, if you are a liar who doesn't get enough sales, you will be fired. One of their newest stars is an accomplished ,liar who also threatened workplace violence And continually talks about blood murder and violence, he was made to take one day off, so much for their HR rules . Customer satisfaction is not as important as revenue.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. Our hope is that all of our employees enjoy their time with us, and it does not seem like you are receiving the experience you were expecting . Please know all agents are given the same opportunity to join higher engaged lead sources, and no leads are actually distributed, it’s all based on call routing. We do our best to make sure all our employees are given the support they need, and every employee is given multiple coachings each month as well as workshops. We would like to talk with you further about some of the feedback you have provided us, and hopefully clear up any other miscommunication or confusion. Please give us a call at 602-635-5328

The On-Site Drug Test Though...

Pros

What can I say? Coming in, when I took my drug test...I had to walk out with the urinal cup, uncapped, in front of actual people, and walk it to on-staff nursing facility, whom were rude as fuh. I knew at that moment I was in deep, but what could I do...I had burned my bridges. Upon entering into my workstation, it appeared that there was never going to be any formal training, introduction, etc..just here's your work, your crazy supervisor and a prayer. The first month there, I felt like somebody beat my head in with a baseball bat there was so much information to grasp all at once..3/5 people on drugs...maybe 2/5 selling drugs...Suck-ups everywhere...no 'hey, great work'...just here's more work and if you dont do it the way we like it, tough. Good luck

Cons

Everything. No training being the worst, poor coworkers being the second, tremendous amount of work being the third.
