Pros

Great co-workers, support each other.

Cons

RUN RUN RUN ~ Yes this place USE to have plenty of on-site amenities. They can afford to because they pay ridiculously low wages/commissions. Don't believe a word they say when being recruited. Call center job, minimum wage. High stress, micro-managed and unfair treatment. The turn over rate here is very high for a reason.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoy the people you work with. However, we are sorry to hear that you do not seem to be enjoying your overall experience with us. Please know that all the same great amenities that you enjoyed at our old headquarters location will be available at our new location as well. We appreciate everyone's patience with the construction while we work to get these onsite amenities up an running. Additionally, we would like to encourage you to reach out to your supervisor or to our Director of Employee Relations at (602) 635-5328 to discuss any concerns about your position.

Pros

Some really talented individuals have been picked to run certain departments. Good team moral in certain groups - mainly in sales/call center staff. Nice new building, close to Scottsdale amenities, Talking Stick Resort, and freeway.

Cons

This is a culture of micro-management and distrust, and leadership by fear. It doesn't matter when you've bent over backwards and put in the hours to move the company forward and your effort/success yesterday is soon forgotten. The environment is beyond toxic and you can see it in the tight smiles in the hallways and the look of near panic of many faces. They do not like to pay because they have a big problem with cash flow and even bring up the high cost of payroll during quarterly rallies (bizarre). Many people with fancy titles make appalling money. Keep in mind the benefits are also very expensive. No 401K match and health benefits are atrocious - the most expensive I've ever seen. ICE pays very close attention to Glassdoor and strongly insists their employees post positive reviews. They do the same thing when surveyed for "best places to work in Phoenix". It's all bs. The individual at the very top insists on tracking all employees by auditing badge swipes in and out of the building (makes sense for the call center staff but not managers, engineers, account managers, etc). Never mind how much time you actually put into work between office and home. Highly insulting and demoralizing to be treated like a child. You are never trusted and respected and they expect you to be willing to put in 60-80 hours without any real appreciation. There are so many more examples but it comes down to this: Unless you're in sales and/or just need a paycheck, stay away from ICE. There are so many other better places to work and they act like there isn't.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive the experience with us that you were hoping for, and wish we could have done more to make it better. We hope all of our team members feel recognized for what they do to make ICE a great place to work, and are sorry to hear that you did not feel this way. Additionally, we make every effort to ensure that our health care offerings are competitive in the marketplace, and do comparisons regularly. As part of our commitment to our employees, we do pay attention to our Glassdoor page, as well as all of our review, social and other sites where ICE has an online presence. We take every review, both positive and negative, very seriously and want to ensure that no feedback is left unread or not responded to. Additionally, our surveying is done in many cases by third parties to ensure that that feedback is authentic, and the responses are accurate. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we wish you the best in the future.
