Pros

Good location. Rarely had to work long hours (in my position). Travel benefits/perks. Plenty of responsibility and work to do. Mostly covered health benefits.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant. Manager level positions with corner offices created out of thin air for a family member with no experience. ZERO investment in their employees. They have a pretty good holiday party, that's it. No attempt to career path, recognize achievement or hard work, or even tenure. Your hard work will not pay off here. Poor salary. The people making decisions have little insight or knowledge of subjects their actually making decisions on, often blatantly disregarding advice and suggestions. Suggestions and recommendations about improving anything die before seeing the light of day somewhere in the quagmire of the thousand brand/product/partner managers that have to approve anything and everything you'll ever work on. Managers and VPs sit on the shoulders of their employees and call themselves tall then collect the bonus for "jobs well done" when they contributed nothing to the projects. A small, undersized team juggling dozens of brands with minimal and antiquated resources to do anything efficiently. People leave and the responsibilities and workload are shoveled onto somebody else with no incentive.

Cons

Long hours, lack of leads, favoritism, inconsistent, no follow up training, lots of ex -cons and drugs office rinks of drugs, Unprofessional Sr manager, rude , racist, sexist, and homosexual comments in team meetings and on the floor. EEOC should have this placed closed down. All the good people left this years employees and managers, The highest turnover in leadership in the city, Because when they know the truth then they lay them all off. To cover the crime ring. Leadership visits and covers up the truth to cover their best friends.

Pros

Some of the best reasons were that the company promotes from within.

Cons

They can be unprofessional, very inconsistent, not enough support from upper management, the turn over rate is very high, they don't value good, loyal, hard working employees and while change is good, every day it's something new or changed and no one is on the same page.
