Pros

Nice coworkers. Remote first. Nice equipment.

Cons

Equity offers are honestly a joke. I don't know why they even offer equity, based on how laughably low their equity option grants are to new hires. Offensively low annual raises. Feature factory. Product leadership makes all of the decisions and tells everyone below them what to build and how to build it. People get their feelings hurt way too easily and can't seem to handle direct communication. For being a healthcare company, our insurance premiums are pretty high.
