Pros
b.well is a fast paced, collaborative, quickly growing company that is a blast to work for. Competitive salary, benefits, 401(k). Highly integrated in the Baltimore tech/business community. I came on board as one of the company's first hires, and have loved the opportunity to learn and contribute to many different areas of the business. It's been an incredibly fun, unique, and challenging opportunity that has really developed into what I believe to be a long career.
Cons
The only "con" I can really say is that as an early stage company, we switched office spaces a handful of times which can be a bit unsettling. However we're now in a space which looks like it will be our home for the foreseeable future.
