Pros

At. b.well I have the opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and architect large projects. I’m getting rich working experience with smaller teams that value finishing projects with accuracy. Each project I work on gives me the opportunity to learn. There is no micro-managing at b.well, and I’ve appreciated that if I want to discuss something, I can directly reach out to the VP or CTO without going through layers.

Cons

b.well is a fast-paced environment and when I started I wasn’t sure about some aspects of projects or how the apps worked. I needed to reach out to people to understand the process but after 6 months, I was used to it and now it feels normal.
