Pros

+ really great product and interesting use cases + fully remote + transparency in most things

Cons

- everything revolves around the CEO. He likes to micromanage and you don't want to disagree with him - no feedback culture, weak sense of product ownership, NIH syndrome... but YMMV - partly because of the company structure, there is a very little space to grow beyond your normal job and to get feedback

Pros

- Remote working - Snacks - Some good people in the company (dwindling though) - fairly good pay (if you fight for it)

Cons

- 'flat' hierarchy means that there is no chance of personal growth - CEO views people as server instances ready to spin up or down, the place is a revolving door of people getting hired and fired. - no focus on employee happiness - no vision for the product. there is always a new thing that management wants to work on whilst the core product suffers from lack of attention.

Pros

Being able to work remotely with an all-star team of people from all over the world that when not on a specific task, always find things to push on their own .

Cons

Always trying to do it the right way, can make things more difficult in the short term. Depending on your timezone, some calls might require you to work during an non-preferred time slot.
