      401k match, student loan contributions, chance for bonus based off sales plan, 16 week paid maternity leave, positive work atmosphere

      Cons

      Schedule is never the same, spread very thin - more work and less people. No room to grow into upper management, jobs continue to get cut and stores continue to close.

      Strong onboarding and tools for product education and lots of peer support. Bonus insensitive, monthly gratis from all brands in the outlet channels.

      Cons

      Leadership is recovering from removal of the District Manager fleet. Very limited room for growth past Store Manager level. A lot of calling and clientele since covid.
