      Company buy out now run by the friend of the CEO. Cost us all of our jobs when he cut the long-standing field employees who were successful

      Great product, discount, gratis and training. Customers are easy to work with and eager to buy and learn. Day goes by fast.

      Cons

      Sales can be competitive, it's a very small work environment with a small staff so there can be a lot of gossip and drama in the work environment causing it to become very unprofessional.

      Comanagers At other locations were a very good support network and someone that you could talk to without any politics

      Cons

      There were many cons as far as no upward mobility the micromanaging of managers and then laying off many managers including all district managers and have been closing stores for the last couple years the company is not doing well and Covid was the icing on the cake where they continue to close doors. It is completely on organized very political and very backstabbing and upper management they don’t care they’re out for themselves
