      Cons

      DM's are able to make up their own rules- even if they contradict company policy. Take a look at your DM's- 3 Boutique Managers in one district quit the same week? I am supposedly running my own store, but I can't leave 3 minutes early if needed. Attendance policy is out of control- 2 minutes late is "tardy". Managers with 20+ years management experience must ask DM before they can make any decisions. The company does NOT promote from within- it is nearly impossible to be promoted based on metrics. Dead end job for many. Very high turnover.

      Customers 50% Discount District Sales Trainer Skincare It's really not much pros but some of customers make your day. you get 50% discount which is good. If you have a awesome District Sales Trainer you can learn so much from them if their willing to help you. bareMinerals skincare is really good for price.

      Management Pay Company Policies Favoritism NO Work/Life Balance Please do your research before coming to this company. It's not a great company to work for. They do not care about their employees and the turnover is extremely high. Many people are leaving the company. Also, bareMinerals is not one of the top cosmetic companies; so some stores are closing and pay is really little compared to other cosmetic companies. Their policies are horrible, you can get penalties at work for being 2mins late. if they don't like you the easiest way to get rid of you is your timecard because in their policy they can terminate you. Management favors employees who are kiss a$$e$, the staff is very gossiping and catty. The atmosphere is horrible. If you want to work here to further your makeup skills bareMinerals is not going to help. They don't teach you makeup, you will learn the basics but you will learn about bareMinerals products. You will get really bored with Minerals. Trust me!!!
